Excellent for many boxing drills such as hooks and uppercuts, the rebounding feel of a water-filled punching bag is more natural and closer to reality than the unresponsive filling of traditional bags.

This is now my favourite bag in the gym. With me having many wrist and hand injuries in the past this bag helps prevent any future injuries. The water inside of the bag takes off the impact of your shots so much better then a normal bag would. The shape of the bag allows for you to throw hooks and uppercuts as hard and fast as you want without any dramas. Would highly recommend this to any beginner or experienced boxer.

Safer for joints. Can throw uppercuts and overhand

Such an awesome Bag to hit. Being filled with water it’s really forgiving on the hands, wrists and shoulders. Due to the shape of the bag it also enables you to throw uppercuts and overhands also. I highly recommend this bag fro beginners all the way up to advanced boxers.
