Defective or Faulty Items

These items must be returned to SHOGUN MARTIAL ARTS within (14) fourteen days of the purchase date to be eligible for replacement. Items that cannot be replaced, a full refund will be offered.
Below contains a description of Defective and Faulty items:

  1. Broken.
  2. In Complete.
  3. Not Functioning.
  4. Damaged.

In these circumstances SHOGUN MARTIAL ARTS will pay for the cost of returning the goods back to SHOGUN MARTIAL ARTS.
All products, unless stated otherwise, are sold with full warranty of the manufacturer, goods that fall outside the 14 (fourteen) day period for return, will require the customer to contact the manufacturer's technical support department directly, to acquire further information.

Non Defective or non Faulty Items

  • Items that are not defective or faulty can be return within 7 days of receipt to be exchanged only, if no other goods are taken in exchange then a credit will be given.
  • The goods must be returned in their original unopened packaging, goods that have been opened cannot be returned, unless faulty.
  • Items can also be returned if the customer has received the wrong item due to fault of SHOGUN MARTIAL ARTS.
  • Items that are returned for non defective and non faulty reasonsattract handling charges as follows;
    1. If the combined value for all the products returned is less than $ 1,000.00 including gst, the customer will be deducted or charged 25% of that value.
    2. If the combined value for all the products returned is more than $ 1,000.01 including gst, the customer will be deducted or charged 25% of that value.

Procedure of Returning Items

  1. All items to be returned, faulty, defective or not will require an Authorized Return Number (ARN) before they can be returned.

  2. A customer service representative will evaluate your return request, record all the necessary information and issue you with an Authorized Return Number, ARN. They will also provide you with details for a return address.
  3. A replacement will be shipped or a credit will be given after the item has been received by SHOGUN MARTIAL ARTS.
  4. Any item that is received by SHOGUN MARTIAL ARTS without an ARN number will be returned back to the sender.
