- Martial Art Weapons are for Ceremonial / demonstration and decorative purposes, they are not for actual Combat use and carry No Warranty. They should be used responsibly and if used for demonstration purposes the equipment should be suited for that task. Check for faults prior to the demonstration and ensure that they are only used under expert supervision.
- Certain weapons will not be sold to minors under 18 years of age including all sharpened weapons. If an application is made to purchase a weapon it is assumed that you fully understand this condition and therefore state you are over 18 years of age. Some Australian States and Foreign Countries prohibit the sale, receiving, possession and use of certain weapons. It is your responsibility to know your local, State and Federal laws regarding weaponry before you place your order. Parental permission is not sufficient to order and purchase certain weapons.
- Care should be taken when using weapons, they should be checked prior to use and if found faulty destroyed. They should be used under adult supervision and by a person who is trained in their use.
- Metal and Wooden weapons are not designed for any form of contact.
- Confirmation may be requested if purchasing a weapon as to your age and residential address. Australian Postage for these items calculates at 7.5% of cost or $9.90 whichever is the greater. International postage is at cost.
